Praytna Foundation for Medical, Education & Social Welfare is a NGO working in  medical, educational & social sectors through which trust is working in urban & rural areas for the poor, needy & socio - economically lower class of society.

Praytna Foundation was started on 23^rd May 2007 in the memory & on the occasion of fourth death anniversary of Late Bapusaheb Mhaske.

 Praytna Foundation is registered under Society Registration Act 1860 under Reg. No. Mah /447/07dated 11/09/2007 & also under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 under Reg. No. F-13338 dated22/10/2007.

The Founder of the Praytna Foundation Dr. Vikram Mhaske is eminent personality in Medical, Educational & Social field’s who have worked & have great experience in various social sectors like medical, educational, Social Fields & also working in association with various government agencies in different sectors as a member of National Rural Health Mission, member of umbrella committee of RCH Society, Medical consultant for Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) & is director & member of different NGO’s.

Taking inspiration & blessing of Late Grand father Kisanraon alias Kakasaheb Mhaske EX-MLA of Ahmednagar Taluka & founder president of APMC of New Mumbai,  one of the largest food, fruits & Agricultural goods market in Asia & a vetrion & respectable politician of Maharashtra who through out his life worked for poor, rural & downtraden sector of society & Late father Shri Dinkarrao alias, Bapusaheb Mhaske  also was great social worker & politician who throughout his life worked & served the people out of there difficulties & sufferings & was devoted for the social work of betterment of mankind, Started, the Praytna Foundation for Medical, Education & Social Welfare in Ahmednagar.

Various eminent & senior personalities from various sectors life viz.  medical, education, Agricultural, Politics & Social areas & who worked in  these type of various different sectors of society through out their life  & are eager  & devoted to do the same work are the  trustees & directors of the foundation.

The aim & motto to start a foundation was to do various charitable work in the field of medical, education & social sectors for the benefits of poor, lower socio - economical class, backward & needy people of all the sectors of the society, especially people living in poor, rural, tribal, slum areas & wherever this kind of work is necessary in the society.

 We are being organizing various medical, educational & social projects through our foundation like medical health camps, free multi diagnostic health check - up & treatment camps, health awairness programmes, Ekatmic Balvikas Pragramme, Kishori Shakti Yojana, Educational lecture on various health awareness & social problems like awareness for birth of female child “ Stri Janmache Swagat ” ,Eye check-up & cataract operation programme, camps for mentally retarded childrens, school check-up programmes & Medical aid to old age home (Vrudhashram).Foundation is also committed in the National Health Progeammes like Immunization programme, Mother & child health care programme, Family planning programme, Blindness control  programme, Polio eradication programme, Leprosy control programme, Tuberculosis control programme & HIV awareness  & Prevention programme.

We are also committed for educational sector with motto of “ Education For All ” from basic primary education to Higher specialized education, Various different education & literacy programmes are being conducted to take the stream of education to the doorstep  of the society.

In social sector programme like rural development, awairness & prerention of addiction progrmme soil & water conservation, forest & environment conservation & likewise various other social services are being initiated & are contributed by us.

The Praytna Foundation for medical, education & social welfare & all the trustees, directors & members are always ready, devoted & encouraged for doing various such charitable & social work for the benefits of poor, lower socio - economical class, backward, tribal, rural, & needy class of society & are committed in doing the various kinds of social work necessary in the society for the betterment of the society & mankind.
